Saving Shiloh Now on DVD

August 22 , 2006

A 2006 Truly Moving Picture Award Winner, Saving Shiloh is now available on DVD.

The third in the Shiloh series, the film is based on the novel by acclaimed children's author Phyllis Reynolds Naylor. The three novels--Shiloh, Shiloh Season and Saving Shiloh--have won Naylor countless loyal fans. This film version of the conclusion of the series is as touching as the book, following Marty Preston and the beagle puppy through some challenging experiences.

Picking up where Shiloh Season left off, Marty finds that feelings in the town are still against his neighbor, despite the fact that Judd seems to be trying to mend his ways. Although Judd is still hunting, an activity that Marty is firmly against, Judd no longer drives drunk or threatens to take Shiloh. For the first time, Marty feels truly safe with his dog.

That all changes when Marty and his friend Samantha find an abandoned truck in the woods. Rumors start that the truck belonged to a man whom Judd had killed. Marty is reluctant to buy in to the rumors, but others are anxious to prove that Judd is guilty.

The DVD is packed with plenty of special features exclusive to the release. Features include:

An interview with Shiloh
Open Your Heart music video
Cast and filmmaker interviews
